Can Stockbrokers Join Quixtar?

Thanks to my Sitemeter, I get to find out how people come to find out about “On The Road with Dave” through Sitemeter’s Referral List.

Today someone found my site through DogPile by asking “Can Stockbrokers Join Quixtar?”

My quick answer is yes.

The searcher can, of course, Contact Quixtar Rules and get a definitive answer.

Since Quixtar is a private company, I don’t see any immediate conflict with a stockbroker registering with Quixtar.

My x-upline saphire was a stockbroker. He then bought into the company JC Bradford as a partner then they later sold to Paine Webber who later sold to USB Warburg. He once told me he got a $365,000 signing bonus to stay on with USB.He now has a Emerald in one leg with several Platinums,a Ruby leg and is not real active in the business.
He got what he wanted out of the business.I respect him for that but he hasn’t returned my call about some questions I asked him.I now see that he treated it like a business and was able to make it work.He really didn’t care for the people just what he could get from them.

    Hey, Dave
Just an unofficial comment from an employee here. I don’t believe there are any restrictions on who can register (other than a few classes of employees). We are a privately held company, as you say. Hope that helps!

Can convicted felons become IBOs? What about mentally retarded? What about the blind? Is there a braile plan for Quixtar IBOs?

And if you think I’m joking, I’m not. Not this time anway.

  4. Eric,

I know that those convicted of a felony while being an IBO can be booted out.

As for mentally retarded, I would assume the legal IN rule is in you must be able to sign a contract, so you can not be an INfant, INsane, or INtoxicated.

There have been blind IBOs…with voice narration on computers I’m sure they could hear the plan, or have it “brailled”
